Shiny foil sweet wrappers. Each smoothed so that it shines like a precious jewel. Placing it beside and between the other colours – magic!
This is my first memory of the wonder of colour and it has excited me ever since.
I find that same joy every time I paint. I love exploring colours and shapes - how they interact, contrast, and sometimes unexpectedly come together. That sense of play and discovery is what keeps me painting.
Every painting is unique, with each one reflecting a moment, a feeling, or simply a curiosity I followed.
For me, painting is a way to slow down and create something wonder-full. It’s a personal process, and I put a lot of myself into each piece. What you see here is a reflection of that – honest, individual, and ever-evolving.
